2. How long does shipping take?
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing. Processing usually takes 1 business day after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or courier schedules.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email or WhatsApp (if provided). Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the system.
5. What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alirajpootking580@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 03098120706 with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
Dropacle accepts returns for items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
